Sawyer was recommended thru a realtor referral. I went for the full package as there are 3 tiers of inspections this company offers which is a great selling feature as it allows me as a consumer to decide how deep I want the inspection. In this case, I wanted a full deep dive on all of it so that I could be aware of - ie: thermal scans for heating leaks. Camera scopes on the sewage details for conditions. It is a rural property and I wanted to have a full view of what I am purchasing so that I avoid any large surprises or safety issues for my loved ones. Sawyer is very personable, professional, solid knowledge of what to be looking for and where to go. It was a good solid few hours he spent there and did a complete assessment of water return on a well including pressure build. I am very confident with his knowledge, with his honesty and he also helped to ensure I was aware from a practical point of view of what I was looking at. It is with ease I recommend this service and professional response time and personal care for me as a client. You will not be sorry you hire him if you are looking for accurate in-depth report.
